Founded in 1958, Sybesmas Electronics offered television and radio repairs until transitioning toward automotive electronics repairs in the '80s. In 2018, Global Battery Solutions which was founded as an affiliate company to Sybesmas in 2014, bought Sybesmas in an effort to consolidate the electronics and battery focused divisions of the business.
